About Balanced Body Massage:

Balanced Body Massage LLC offers therapeutic massage services in St. Louis, MO, and is owned by Deborah Hays Arellano, a Missouri state licensed (#2004030617) and nationally certified massage therapist.  Deborah is a health care professional and believes strongly in the health benefits of massage and bodywork.  Balanced Body Massage is a professional office which provides therapeutic massage and wellness services in a beautiful, relaxing and tranquil environment.  Therapeutic massage is never sexual and inappropriate behavior or requests are not tolerated.  Please visit the Your Visit page to learn more about what to expect during your visit for massage therapy.

Balanced Body Massage is conveniently located within a mile of Westport Plaza in St. Louis (Maryland Heights), Missouri.  Because regular massage therapy is an integral part of maintaining balance in the body, services are kept at affordable prices to allow for more frequent visits.  Please visit the Services page to learn about therapeutic massage, on-site corporate chair massage, pre-natal massage, and hot stone massage.

Office Hours and Appointments:

Massage therapy services are available by appointment only Monday through Saturday and most can be scheduled online.  Please schedule at least one day in advance.  Appointments are available during the following hours:

Mon:   11am - 6pm

Tues:   Closed

Wed:   Noon - 8pm

Thur:   10am - 7pm

Fri:      10am - 7pm

Sat:     10am - 3pm every other week

Sun:    Closed

Before making an appointment, please read the Your Visit page to learn about what to expect.  New clients need to allow for an extra 10-15 minutes before the first appointment to fill out a health history form and meet with the therapist.  You can also fill out the health history form ahead of time and bring it with you.

Cancellation Policy and Payment:

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. A cancellation fee will be charged for appointments cancelled with notice of 12 hours or less.

Cash, checks and   are gladly accepted for payment.  

Special Announcements

• Balanced Body Massage has strived to offer high-quality, personalized therapeutic massage services at the most affordable rates possible.  Due to increases in rent, utilities and supplies, those rates must be adjusted beginning June 1, 2008.  You will find the rates are still very reasonable compared to other massage therapy providers.  You can also be assured that you will receive exceptional service and care at every visit.  Please see the Services page for the rate changes.
