Massage techniques specific to the needs of a pregnant woman are used in this side-lying massage.  This massage is appropriate for anyone in their second or third trimester who is not having any high-risk issues.  Those with any complications or high-risk issues are asked to obtain her doctor's permission prior to the massage.  Women in their first trimester may schedule a regular therapeutic massage.

Hot stones placed under and on the body as well as used in the therapist's hands for amazing heat and pressure and a thoroughly relaxing experience.  This massage is not appropriate for pregnant women or those with serious heart conditions or heat sensitivity.
